Le torte salate sono un grande classico di tutte le stagioni; preparate con la pasta sfoglia o con la pasta brisè, è sempre un grande successo quando si portano in tavola.
Inoltre, preparare le torte salate è molto facile e veloce per chi ha poco tempo ma soprattutto piacciono a tutti.
Infatti, il gusto è assicurato, la praticità anche e per quanto riguarda le calorie, basta scegliere gli ingredienti giusti per il ripieno.
Il primo passo per preparare una pasta brisè light è sostituire il burro con l’olio d’oliva, latte scremato o yogurt magro. Il passo successivo per avere una torta salata leggera e dietetica è la scelta della verdura, possibilmente fresca e di stagione.
E l‘imperativo della leggerezza vale anche per tutti gli altri ingredienti utilizzati per la farcitura.
Carne e pesce magri sono l’ideale, anche per favorire la digeribilità della torta salata. Stesso discorso per il formaggio che si usa per amalgamare il ripieno: formaggi light, ricotta fresca e yogurt magro sono l’ideale per completare la tua torta salata e renderla speciale!
INGREDIENTI PER LA PASTA BRISE’ LIGHT (TORTA PER 6-8 PERSONE):
- 220 g di farina 00
- 100 ml di acqua
- 30 ml di olio extra vergine d’oliva
- 1/2 cucchiaino di sale
PREPARAZIONE:
- In una ciotola capiente mescola la farina con il sale.
- Aggiungi l’olio e l’acqua ed inizia ad impastare fino ad ottenere un panetto liscio ed omogeneo.
- Avvolgilo con la pellicola per alimenti e lascialo riposare in frigorifero per 30 minuti.
- Stendi la brisé, aiutandoti con un matterello, su un piano da lavoro infarinato, mettila su un foglio di carta forno e rivesti una teglia per torte salate, farciscila a piacere e cuoci in forno a 180°C.
